Alpinside is the brand used to promote trekking and trail running trips guided by Stefano Rosso, certified IML Mountain Leader.

Tour operator services and the organisation of travel packages are provided by Summit Guides (Biella, Italy). Bookings are made with Summit Guides under the Italian Tourism Code (Legislative Decree 79/2011).

Prices shown are per person unless otherwise stated. A booking is finalised upon payment, securely processed through Stripe, and upon receipt of the related confirmation email.

The participant declares to be in a physical and mental condition suitable for the booked activity and undertakes to bring the indicated gear and to follow the guide's instructions at all times.

Withdrawal, amendment and refund conditions are governed by the sales conditions of the tour operator Summit Guides, available at summit-guides.com.

For safety reasons, weather conditions or force majeure, the organiser may amend the itinerary, reschedule or cancel the experience, offering an alternative date or a refund according to the applicable conditions.

Mountain activities involve inherent risks. The guide may modify or interrupt the itinerary to ensure the group's safety. The participant must behave prudently and in accordance with the instructions received.

This relationship is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile applies; in all other cases the court of Biella has jurisdiction.
